Brief info
I’m a chef by profession, having worked in Ireland, the UK and Denmark. I’ve moved back from Copenhagen to shift my focus from fine dining to studying philosophy and politics; and more importantly, to help work on shaping where I grew up into a more inclusive and caring place, free of the division, prejudice, and violence that has only become more prevalent. I believe wholly in the power of communities to create better societies through conversations, art, and culture.
I’m proud and grateful to be a small part of an organisation that aims to effect change from a more person focused perspective, putting stories and experiences to the social phenomena that many of us only hear about in relatively digestible and depersonalised news items.
