From as early as I can remember, I have been drawn to spirituality, always seeking deeper meaning and offering support to others. This stems from the influence of my grandparents and parents, who taught me the values of giving, donating, and standing by people in need. I feel profoundly grateful to have grown up in a family where I was loved unconditionally, encouraged to dream freely, and supported wholeheartedly. My father, especially, was my greatest cheerleader, always standing by me through every dream, wish, and thought I shared.
The biggest turning point in my life was in 2021 when I lost my dad to Covid. It felt as though the ground beneath me had been pulled away. I faced uncertainty, struggled without a stable career, and battled anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. The following two years became the darkest chapter of my life.
But in 2023, I decided that enough was enough and I had to change myself. Was it easy? No. Did I ever think of giving up? Never. I have always believed that the moment we give up, half the battle is already lost. Step by step, I began building myself back up- creating a routine, waking early, going to the gym, and reading self-development books.
Being deeply spiritual, and coming from India, I have always been fascinated by ancient Vedic knowledge. During this transformative time, I was drawn to Pranic Healing : a practice focused on understanding the aura and chakras and using energy to heal illness. This journey became my calling; to heal, to guide, and to be the voice for others, just as I once needed.
I joined Voicing the Void because I believe in being a voice for those who seek guidance and support. I believe that love, kindness and compassion have the power to heal, and to bring that healing into the world, we must be willing to speak up, stand with others, and embody the voice of care and understanding.
