I am passionate about helping the most marginalised groups of our society and have first-hand experience of the power of Story Telling to help heal, unite and create change. In 2013 I shared my story in a Theatre of Witness Play called Sanctuary. I recently published a book about my journey through darkness and depression called ‘You Are Already Free.’ In 2021 I Co-Founded a charity called Starling Collective that works with, supports and empowers people who are seeking asylum or have been granted refugee status.
